Viner UK are committed to the idea of cycle to work, and have been working with the factory to create a range of bikes aimed at the commuter market. We are very excited about the range, which is currently in pre-production stage. The pricing has yet to be finalised but to wet the appetite here is a little detail about what we have in store:-
- Viner Gladius - A full carbon fibre monocoque race bike. Campagnolo Veloce shifting, Miche Race components / wheels, Deda finishing kit and Selle Italia saddle. Sling a courier bag over your back and go for it. Time trialing to work on a road bike is a great way to start and finish the day.
- Viner Flat Bar - 100% hand made in Italy, Deddaci hydroformed 7005 alloy tubed framed bike with carbon forks. Rack and Mudguard braze on's, Campagnolo Xenon shifting, Miche Team chainset, Miche flat bar shifters / brakes and a Deda finishing kit. Have a more upright ride to work, whilst enjoying the speed of a quality frame driving through 700c high pressure wheels. Will also tour the world
- Viner Fixed - 100% hand made in Italy, a steel lugged and tubed frame with track dropouts and mudguard brazings. Miche chainset and flip flop wheelset. A design classic bringing fixed wheel fun to the road, but for the less adventurous the flip flop hub allows the bike to become a singlespeed freewheeling beauty.
- Viner Light Audax - 100% hand made in Italy, a tig welded 12.5 steel frame with carbon forks, built to take mudguards and back rack. Campagnolo Veloce shifting, Miche Race components / wheels, Deda finishing kit and Selle Italia saddle. Made for fast commuting, put the load on the rack and not on your back. Great for everyday use or riding coast2coast
- Viner Celer - 100% hand made in Italy using Dedas Fire Hydroformed alloy tubing for the front triangle and their superb Monobox Black Race. Campagnolo Veloce shifting, Miche Race components / wheels, Deda finishing kit and Selle Italia saddle.This frame is being used by the Viner / Miche pro team - it is that good. A great racer that will leave your work mates standing, providing you have the legs.

Cycle to Work is a government tax break, which enables an employer to buy a bicycle for its employee to use mainly for cycling to and from work. The employee can benefit from IncomeTax and National Insurance savings. Often if the employer is VAT registered they can recover the VAT and sometimes this saving is also passed onto to the employee. In our experience there is no better way to get access to a bike that you can use to ride to work and for leisure purposes too.
