Hi Andrew. Just before I collapse in a heap (very unfit), I have to tell you that I think of all the goodies you have stoced the store with, the gel is the best product for me. Morning Peter. After trying out the Agisko gel I can confirm that it works well for me & the taste is just right too (unlike some of the competitors). I've stopped taking the mixed vits I was taking (since my initial purchase of spirulina) & using spirulina as a replacement, have certainly found them to be beneficial, but I'd imagine that once the racing season really kicks in the gel & tablets will come into their own.
